I took my cats for vaccinations. The waiting room was full of people. But they got us to a room fast. The Dr was very nice and took her time with my 3 cats. The girls up front were nice. One could use a little work on being more professional. Their prices are pretty good for today's inflation. My cats were happy, and that's all that matters.

Do not bring your cat in for anything! I brought my 3 year old cat in for a routine check up on his arm. I trusted them at the time, so I went to pick up some things while he was at his appointment. When I pulled back in to the parking lot I looked through the window and saw them bring my cat into the patient room and immediately sedate him for no reason. I am one to understand that if he was giving them fuss or scratching them he deserved to be sedated but he was very calm with them like he is with everyone. Also make sure they give you an itemized bill, they like to sneak random charges in there.

If i could triple stars i would. Alta missiagnosed my dog then a second worthless excuse for a healer coensided from five feet away and i chased enzymes over a year. My poor creature suffered long time , place smells like a TJ bano and i found a hole w maggots on my dog. The good vet here was accurrate initially in diagnosis and very generous to me financially for his treatment. I recommend this vet First before you waste money or worse the loved one suffers unecessarity due to incompetence or lack of a genuine regard!

Asked on our first visit for checks on a chip and a spay for our cat, the receptionist who did our first visit didn't take notes on any of our concerns and needs and then they just scheduled her for a spay. The appointment day she sat in the vet office because they didn't call the 2 back-up numbers we had given for her to be picked up and we were told that they found out she was already spayed AFTER they had shaved her and put her under anesthesia. When I asked the new receptionist about why they didn't check when we asked to check prior, she only said "well we didn't have any notes". And if they don't take the notes on what we had ask then no you wouldn't do the correct thing. We still had to pay 60 for the anesthesia that was a mistake and miscommunication on them and they didn't care to do anything about it.

Don't waste your time on the groomer. My wife brought in our mid size dog to get groomed. We were told it was going to be 70 as it was last time. When she got there she was told that our dog is now classified as a big dog and will be 90 instead. She picked her up around 3:00 we dropped her off this morning around 8:30. They literally had all day long to call us and say that it was going to be more. When I called and asked them why they didn't find it necessary to let us know that it's going to be more, they said it's up to the groomer. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude but still said "what do you want me to do for you" in a tone I didn't appreciate and I told her I'd like for her to honor what was originally agreed upon. She said she wouldn't give us a partial refund. We won't be back.

When my dog was having a serve allergic reaction and scratching his eye to the point I was scared he was going to lose it, I called my vet and 3 others. Only Montrose Vet Clinic would work him in on their packed schedule. Friendly, reasonably priced, and I will be forever thankful.

Took my dog here for euthanasia and they were very respectful and empathetic for the whole process. Let us have plenty of time to say bye and didn’t hustle us away or anything ❤️
