Our visit to Windrose was a pleasant one. We took Hazel in because she was limping on her front foot. The tech was very helpful taking in a great deal of information before the vet came in to examine her. Dr. Skalos looked her over and recommended treatment. He was very thorough and detailed with his diagnosis, spent a good amount of time with us and answered every question we had in layman's terms that was easy to understand. They then came back with a cost estimate of the treatment before starting it. It has now been 4 days since we started Hazel's medication and we have seen definite improvement. We definitely will be going back for follow up and routine maintenance care.

We have been using Windrose for about 2 years now. Our initial trip to them was for an emergency appt for our kitten, they squeezed us in and waived the ER fee once evaluating him. We loved it there so much we continued to go there for annual check ups and we switched our other cat over to their care as well. They are warm and welcoming. I love that the exam rooms are warm and cozy instead of stainless and sterile looking, helps our cats feel more at ease for sure. This last trip, our cat had an accident in his carrier and they took him into the back and washed him up without a second thought. I was so grateful. Totally worth the 30min drive we make to see them! Highly recommend.

Very compassionate and professional. I was very impressed with the care they gave my dog. I didn't have to wait long and I noticed the animals that had to wait longer were asked how their Pets were doing to ensure they were not in major distress. I was very happy with the care my dog received. And I thought it was well priced for urgent services.

The staff was so nice! Danielle & TJ were great. Danielle (vet tech) was so nice to my cats. The rooms were comfortable and friendly. It wasn’t the typical vet exam room. My cat loved looking out the window!

Absolutely love this place!! Everyone is always so friendly and kind and down to earth!!! They love your animals like their own!! Always very fresh and smells good and is never ever dirty!! Two features I love is the Pet Desk App and also you can text them directly instead of calling!!! They usually respond within 5 minutes!! This places is overall just great!! Very pleased the few times I have been here!!

The staff is very caring, friendly and thorough. They understand it’s a stressful situation and treat the owners and pets with compassion. I love their wait list feature, as I come in from Bridgeville and I can add my name when I leave my house. I would definitely recommend Windrose!
