We moved from Washington state and I always look at reviews before I actually pick places or like anytime honestly and this place had no bad reviews compared than some annoying person talking about like a phone answering person like a receptionist based off of like some like scheduling issue so I wasn’t gonna base that off of my perspective so I looked at every single review. I swear to God and I chose this vet specifically off of all the reviews and I’m so glad because he’s amazing. He’s very smart and knowledgeable and, I feel that my dog is safe in his hands and I highly recommend him. I have a French bulldog and he’s been in there for surgery and he’s gonna be in there for an ultrasound and I feel very safe and comfortable with this doctor so if that’s what you’re looking for you should definitely schedule with him because I did a lot of research and this is who I thought was very safe and knowledgeable for my dog and I have a French bulldog I feel very comfortable with my dog going under knowing that there’s a slight chance they may not wake up because they breathing problems I know this vet cares so much he’s great

Dr Ko and his staff are wonderful! Thye took care of my 18-year-old dog the last few years of her life. And now they are looking after a new rescue I just adopted. They are friendly, helpful and compassionate. They always gave me options for treatment and explained everything. They helped my little girl transition to pet heaven. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the middle of sorrow. They are great!

Took my 13 year old cat Stacy for her first appointment this morning. Dr. Ko and his staff are very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and caring. Will be taking my other 2 boys in the next few weeks. Highly recommend.

We weren't pleased with our previous vet, and a friend recommended Dr. Ko at Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic several years ago. We really appreciate Dr. Ko's thoroughness and care for our Sadie. The staff are excellent with dog Sadie, and are friendly and attentive to our needs. When we make an appointment, we are seen on time with very little waiting. We highly recommend Dr. Ko and his staff.

We have been taking our pets to RB Vet Clinic for over 30 years and seeing Dr. Ko since he took over several years ago. His expertise, knowledge, and compassion have helped us through the most stressful of times with our aging cat and now with our rescue who also has challenging issues. Dr. Ko gives options as well, and we always trust his recommendations. His entire staff is always caring and friendly, and that too is truly appreciated!

Other veterinary practices we’ve visited in the RB/4S Area upsell excess services, so I dreaded taking my dog in for appts. because I always had to endure a sales pitch.
Discovered Dr. Ko’s 5-Star practice online and been taking our Mini Schnauzer here for 3+ yrs.
It’s a blessing to have Dr. Ko as Bella’s veterinarian because she’s suffered several serious illnesses this past year (Meningitis, Pancreatitis, Cysts, etc) and Dr. Ko always nurses her back to health.
We love Dr. Ko and the entire RBVC staff because they’re knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, understanding and always take time to listen to concerns and answer questions.
If you want a veterinary practice that cares about and prioritizes your pet’s health and well-being while providing the highest level of care, then I highly recommend Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic!

Love this vet!! Dr. Ko is very knowledgeable and "cured" my 14 year old cat's eye issue without pushing extra expensive labs, etc. My 1st and only trip so far was very pleasant! All the employees were genuinely loving and caring people! This place is located in Oaks North Village, which gives it a peaceful vibe. Very clean office!

First time here, staff were all so friendly and accommodating. They made sure there were no dogs in the open when we walked in since my dog is reactive to other pets. Dr. Ko was really informative, very calming, and made recommendations on my Pet's food. They do not try and force you to buy unnecessary meds. At ease now that I found a wonderful vet for my furbaby.
