Lleve a mi mascota un loro Quaker parrot para limarle el pico, cortarle las uñas y las alas

El pico le sigue sangrando y no puede comer nada. No se puede agarrar con el pico de ningún lado , al parecer tiene supper sensible . Ni siquiera nos preguntaron qué tanto necesitábamos que le cortaran las alas . Le cortaron demasiado las alas y en mala forma

Las uñas no se las limaron bien .
Pésimo servicio no regresare jamás a ese sitio

I took my pet a Quaker parrot to file its beak, clip its nails and wings

His beak is still bleeding and he cannot eat anything. It cannot be grasped with the beak from either side, apparently it has super sensitive. They didn't even ask us how badly we needed to have their wings clipped. They cut his wings too short and in bad shape

The nails were not filed well.
Terrible service I will never return to that place

I love this office. They were my (cat) fur baby's primary vet practice. The office staff, the techs, the doctors are just wonderful.

I like that they're open 7 days a week and the hours are just so accommodating. When I was there, it wasn't crowded and appointments are thorough. Truly great.
The only thing I don't like is that parking can be difficult at times.

They helped prepare me to take Oreo with us, on the plane, for the family vacation. They also collaborate with another vet office if needed.

When my fur baby passed away at 19 it was difficult. The staff were all just so kind, sympathetic, and compassionate. It wasn't just business, they didn't rush me. They were caring and I appreciated that very much.
I know when I adopt another cat fur baby, they will will be there to help me provide them with a long and loving life.

Dr Fried was knowledgeable and kind to my rabbit. Happy to be a new patient here. Clean clinic and convenient.

However, I did have to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to have anyone ask questions about why I was there. I was scheduled for 11:15am but the appointment didn’t start until 11:44am.

Unprepared staff, sometimes rude due to lack of patience or knowledge. You ask any information, any request, any feedback, and they ask you to repeat three times when in person, and on the phone, they transfer you to every other person that works there and you have to repeat the same information.
At any time we need their services, you never get the same person. Some veterinaries were very dismissed with details when approached with basic questions, such as the amount of food to give your pet.
It is very convenient located which generate them always being very busy so that might account for the lack of service care and attention you could find at some other office.

We switched here from a vet in Inwood that we were unhappy with. Great choice. We saw Dr. Gad who was fabulous. He took his time with my dog and carefully explained things for us. We recommend Riverdale Vet to everyone.
